As a New York City high school principal with an affinity for the culinary arts, I often find my peace of mind in the kitchen. Having roots in both Greece and Iran encouraged my interest in ethnic cuisine early in my life. Working in some popular NYC restaurants, years ago, as a bartender, built on this passion.
